Dear Sayas and Colleagues,

Ko Aung Lwin (Jasper) and Elaine sent e-greetings for the coming

Lunar New Year. Hope Saya U Min Wun can comment on the significance of

the Year of the Rooster.

Ko Jasper earlier sent me several photos taken at the Rangoon

University Boat Club (RUBC) with a message, "Does that bring back old

memories?"

U Tin Htoon (Arch 60) completed a 30-day meditation retreat in

India. Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu.

Several alums have floated the idea of a Reunion outside Myanmar

(say in odd-numbered years) and Grand Reunion in Myanmar (say in

even-numbered years).

Ko Khin Maung Zaw and his wife will attend the BAPS Annual Dinner to

be held in South San Francisco, California, in March.
