introduction of ASSK scholarship for their family
members who are unable to continue their education due
to financial difficulties.

It is true and well-known that politically active
people in Burma are systematically put at an economic
disadventage. The price for being polically active
includes damaging one's business or career or
livelihood among many other scarifices. In view of
this situation, I think what NLD has done is
commendable and deserving our support.
